DIRECTIONS

From the NORTH and the WEST*:

I-75 merges with I-64 (east). Follow 64/75 to exit 115 (turning right on Newtown Pike towards Lexington). Follow that into town and turn left on Main Street. Two-way traffic becomes one-way at Triangle Park and Main becomes Vine Street. Immediately after the park (one very short block) turn right on Broadway. Go two blocks and turn left onto Maxwell which merges into High Street (near the park). Pass the colorful horse, and continue on High Street as it curves to the right through the shopping center (and becomes Tates Creek Road). Go through two lights, and look for Morton Middle School on your left.

* NOTE: If you’re coming from the BLUEGRASS PARKWAY, take Versailles Road into town. It becomes Maxwell...and then becomes High Street... which then becomes Tates Creek Road.

From the EAST:

When I-64 meets I-75, head south. Soon thereafter, take exit 110 (west on US 60/Winchester Road). Near downtown, Winchester veers left (a few blocks after a railroad track) and becomes Midland Avenue which takes you to Main Street. Turn left on Main. Pass 6 streets on your right, then turn right at the light onto Ashland Avenue. Take Ashland (2 blocks) to High Street and turn left (at the colorful horse). Continue on High Street as it curves to the right (through the shopping center). Go through two lights, and look for Morton Middle School on your left. (High Street becomes Tates Creek Rd.)

From the SOUTH:

Take I-75 exit 104 (Athens) towards downtown Lexington (left) on Richmond Road. After passing New Circle Road (not on the map at left) and Lexington Mall, go through a tree-lined residential area with a grass median. Soon after the median disappears, turn left onto Ashland Avenue (at the traffic light). Take Ashland (2 blocks) to High Street and turn left (at the colorful horse). Continue on High Street as it curves to the right (through the shopping center). Go through two lights, and look for Morton Middle School on your left. (High Street becomes Tates Creek Road.)
